About this gene: LMAN1L encodes a mannose-binding type 1 transmembrane protein that contains an N-terminal lectin-like carbohydrate recognition domain. The LMAN1L protein is similar in structure to lectins found in leguminous plants. This lectin is believed to transport newly synthesized glycoproteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to the ER-Golgi intermediate compartment.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
