SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LIPE (lipase E, hormone sensitive type, also called HSL) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LIPE qPCR Primer Set – lipase E, hormone sensitive type
Also known as: AOMS4, FPLD6, HSL, LHS, REH
About this gene: The LIPE protein has a long and a short form, generated by use of alternative translational start codons.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3991; HGNC ID: HGNC:6621; UniProt: Q05469; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005357.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
