SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LIMK2 (LIM domain kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LIMK2 qPCR Primer Set – LIM domain kinase 2
About this gene: There are approximately 40 known eukaryotic LIM proteins, so named for the LIM domains they contain. LIM domains are highly conserved cysteine-rich structures containing 2 zinc fingers. Although zinc fingers usually function by binding to DNA or RNA, the LIM motif probably mediates protein-protein interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3985; HGNC ID: HGNC:6614; UniProt: P53671; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005569.4; Chromosome location: 22q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
