Human LILRB3 qPCR Primer Set – leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor B3
Also known as: CD85A, HL9, ILT-5, ILT5, LIR-3, LIR3, PIR-B, PIRB
About this gene: LILRB3 belongs to the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor family, which is found in a gene cluster at chromosomal region 19q13.4. The LILRB3 protein belongs to the subfamily B class of LIR receptors which contain two or four extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain, and two to four cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs. The receptor is expressed on immune cells where it binds to MHC class I molecules on antigen-presenting cells and transduces a negative signal that inhibits stimulation of an immune response.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11025; HGNC ID: HGNC:6607; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006864.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
