SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LHX5 (LIM homeobox 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LHX5 qPCR Primer Set – LIM homeobox 5
About this gene: LHX5 encodes a protein belonging to a large protein family, members of which carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The LHX5 protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and be involved in the control of differentiation and development of the forebrain. In mice, this protein is essential for the regulation of precursor cell proliferation and the control of neuronal differentiation and migration during hippocampal development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64211; HGNC ID: HGNC:14216; UniProt: Q9H2C1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022363.3; Chromosome location: 12q24.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
