SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LHX4 (LIM homeobox 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LHX4 qPCR Primer Set – LIM homeobox 4
Also known as: CPHD4
About this gene: LHX4 belongs to a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The LHX4 protein is a transcription factor involved in the control of differentiation and development of the pituitary gland. Mutations in LHX4 cause combined pituitary hormone deficiency 4.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 89884; HGNC ID: HGNC:21734; UniProt: Q969G2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033343.4; Chromosome location: 1q25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
