SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LHX1 (LIM homeobox 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LHX1 qPCR Primer Set – LIM homeobox 1
Also known as: LIM-1, LIM1
About this gene: LHX1 belongs to a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The LHX1 protein is a transcription factor important for the development of the renal and urogenital systems. LHX1 is a candidate for Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome, a disorder characterized by anomalies in the female genital tract.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3975; HGNC ID: HGNC:6593; UniProt: P48742; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005568.5; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
