SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPSM2 (G protein signaling modulator 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GPSM2 qPCR Primer Set – G protein signaling modulator 2
Also known as: CMCS, DFNB82, LGN, PINS
About this gene: The GPSM2 protein belongs to a family of proteins that modulate activation of G proteins, which transduce extracellular signals received by cell surface receptors into integrated cellular responses. The N-terminal half of this protein contains 10 copies of leu-gly-asn repeat, and the C-terminal half contains 4 GoLoco motifs, which are involved in guanine nucleotide exchange. The GPSM2 protein may play a role in neuroblast division and in the development of normal hearing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29899; HGNC ID: HGNC:29501; UniProt: P81274; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013296.5; Chromosome location: 1p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
