About this gene: LGI1 belongs to the secreted leucine-rich repeat superfamily and shares homology with members of the SLIT protein family. The LGI1 protein may regulate the activity of voltage-gated potassium channels and may be involved in neuronal growth regulation and cell survival. LGI1 is rearranged as a result of translocations in glioblastoma cell lines, and it is frequently down-regulated or rearranged in malignant gliomas.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
