SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P3H3 (prolyl 3-hydroxylase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human P3H3 qPCR Primer Set – prolyl 3-hydroxylase 3
Also known as: GRCB, HSU47926, LEPREL2
About this gene: The P3H3 protein belongs to the leprecan family of proteoglycans, which function as collagen prolyl hydroxylases that are required for proper collagen biosynthesis, folding and assembly. This protein, like other family members, is believed to reside in the endoplasmic reticulum. Epigenetic inactivation of P3H3 is linked to breast and other cancers, suggesting that it may function as a tumor suppressor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10536; HGNC ID: HGNC:19318; UniProt: Q8IVL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014262.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
