SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LDHC (lactate dehydrogenase C, also called CT32) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LDHC qPCR Primer Set – lactate dehydrogenase C
Also known as: CT32, LDH3, LDHX
About this gene: Lactate dehydrogenase C catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate and NAD to pyruvate and NADH in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. LDHC is testis-specific and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3948; HGNC ID: HGNC:6544; UniProt: P07864; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017448.5; Chromosome location: 11p15.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
