About this gene: LBX1 and the orthologous mouse gene were found by their homology to the Drosophila lady bird early and late homeobox genes. In the mouse, LBX1 is a key regulator of muscle precursor cell migration and is required for the acquisition of dorsal identities of forelimb muscles.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
