SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARHGAP5 (Rho GTPase activating protein 5, also called p190-B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ARHGAP5 qPCR Primer Set – Rho GTPase activating protein 5
Also known as: GFI2, RhoGAP5, p190-B, p190BRhoGAP
About this gene: Rho GTPase activating protein 5 negatively regulates RHO GTPases, a family which may mediate cytoskeleton changes by stimulating the hydrolysis of bound GTP. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for ARHGAP5.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 394; HGNC ID: HGNC:675; UniProt: Q13017; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001030055.2; Chromosome location: 14q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
