About this gene: The L1CAM protein is an axonal glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin supergene family. The ectodomain, consisting of multiple immunoglobulin-like domains and fibronectin-like repeats, is linked via a single transmembrane sequence to a conserved cytoplasmic domain. This cell adhesion molecule is important for nervous system development, including neuronal migration and differentiation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
