SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KRT7 (keratin 7, also called K7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KRT7 qPCR Primer Set – keratin 7
Also known as: CK7, K2C7, K7, SCL
About this gene: The KRT7 protein belongs to the keratin gene family. The type II cytokeratins consist of basic or neutral proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains coexpressed during differentiation of simple and stratified epithelial tissues. This type II cytokeratin is specifically expressed in the simple epithelia lining the cavities of the internal organs and in the gland ducts and blood vessels.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3855; HGNC ID: HGNC:6445; UniProt: P08729; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005556.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
