SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KRT10 (keratin 10, also called K10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KRT10 qPCR Primer Set – keratin 10
Also known as: BCIE, BIE, CK10, EHK, EHK2, EHK2A, EHK2B, IHL, K10, KPP
About this gene: KRT10 belongs to the type I cytokeratin family, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate filament proteins. Keratins are heteropolymeric structural proteins which form the intermediate filament. These filaments, along with actin microfilaments and microtubules, compose the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3858; HGNC ID: HGNC:6413; UniProt: P13645; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000421.5; Chromosome location: 17q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
