Human KREMEN1 qPCR Primer Set – kringle containing transmembrane protein 1
Also known as: ECTD13, KREMEN, KRM1
About this gene: KREMEN1 encodes a high-affinity dickkopf homolog 1 transmembrane receptor that functionally cooperates with DKK1 to block wingless/beta-catenin signaling. The KREMEN1 protein is a component of a membrane complex that modulates canonical WNT signaling through lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6. The KREMEN1 gene product contains extracellular kringle, WSC, and CUB domains.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83999; HGNC ID: HGNC:17550; UniProt: Q96MU8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001039570.3; Chromosome location: 22q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
