About this gene: ARHGAP11A belongs to the Rho GTPase activating protein family. In response to DNA damage, the ARHGAP11A protein interacts with the p53 tumor suppressor protein and stimulates its tetramerization, which leads to cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis. A chromosomal deletion that includes ARHGAP11A is one cause of Prader-Willi syndrome, and an intronic variant of ARHGAP11A may be linked to sleep duration in children.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
