SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARHGAP10 (Rho GTPase activating protein 10, also called GRAF2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ARHGAP10 qPCR Primer Set – Rho GTPase activating protein 10
Also known as: GRAF2, PS-GAP, PSGAP
About this gene: ARHGAP10 is predicted to enable GTPase activator activity. It is predicted to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and negative regulation of apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79658; HGNC ID: HGNC:26099; UniProt: A1A4S6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024605.4; Chromosome location: 4q31.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
