SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KLK13 (kallikrein related peptidase 13, also called KLK-L4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KLK13 qPCR Primer Set – kallikrein related peptidase 13
Also known as: KLK-L4, KLKL4
About this gene: Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions. Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers. Expression of KLK13 is regulated by steroid hormones and may be useful as a marker for breast cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26085; HGNC ID: HGNC:6361; UniProt: Q9UKR3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015596.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
