SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KLC2 (kinesin light chain 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KLC2 qPCR Primer Set – kinesin light chain 2
About this gene: The KLC2 protein is a light chain of kinesin, a molecular motor responsible for moving vesicles and organelles along microtubules. Defects in KLC2 are a cause of spastic paraplegia, optic atrophy, and neuropathy syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64837; HGNC ID: HGNC:20716; UniProt: Q9H0B6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001318734.2; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
