SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KIN (Kin17 DNA and RNA binding protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KIN qPCR Primer Set – Kin17 DNA and RNA binding protein
Also known as: BTCD, KIN17, Rts2
About this gene: The KIN protein is a nuclear protein that forms intranuclear foci during proliferation and is redistributed in the nucleoplasm during the cell cycle. Short-wave ultraviolet light provokes the relocalization of the protein, suggesting its participation in the cellular response to DNA damage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22944; HGNC ID: HGNC:6327; UniProt: O60870; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012311.4; Chromosome location: 10p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
