SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KIF5A (kinesin family member 5A, also called NKHC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KIF5A qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 5A
Also known as: ALS25, D12S1889, MY050, NEIMY, NKHC, SPG10
About this gene: KIF5A belongs to the kinesin family of proteins. Mutations in KIF5A cause autosomal dominant spastic paraplegia 10.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3798; HGNC ID: HGNC:6323; UniProt: Q12840; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004984.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
