SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KIF2B (kinesin family member 2B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KIF2B qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 2B
About this gene: KIF2B is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is involved in metaphase chromosome alignment; microtubule depolymerization; and regulation of chromosome segregation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and microtubule cytoskeleton.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84643; HGNC ID: HGNC:29443; UniProt: Q8N4N8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032559.5; Chromosome location: 17q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
