SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KIF24 (kinesin family member 24) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KIF24 qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 24
Also known as: C9orf48, bA571F15.4
About this gene: KIF24 belongs to the kinesin superfamily of microtubule-based motor proteins which are involved in the intracellular transport of membranous organelles, protein complexes, and mRNAs. They also play critical roles in mitosis, morphogenesis, and signal transduction. The KIF24 protein contains an N-terminal sterile alpha motif domain and an ATP-binding kinesin motor domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 347240; HGNC ID: HGNC:19916; UniProt: Q5T7B8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_194313.4; Chromosome location: 9p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
