SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CEP295 (centrosomal protein 295) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CEP295 qPCR Primer Set – centrosomal protein 295
Also known as: KIAA1731, SCKL11
About this gene: CEP295 enables microtubule binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including centriole replication; positive regulation of protein acetylation; and regulation of centrosome duplication.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85459; HGNC ID: HGNC:29366; UniProt: Q9C0D2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033395.2; Chromosome location: 11q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
