Human ARFGAP3 qPCR Primer Set – ARF GTPase activating protein 3
Also known as: ARFGAP1
About this gene: The ARFGAP3 protein is a GTPase-activating protein that associates with the Golgi apparatus and regulates the early secretory pathway of proteins. The ARFGAP3 protein promotes hydrolysis of ADP-ribosylation factor 1-bound GTP, which is required for the dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi-derived membranes and vesicles. Dissociation of the coat proteins is a prerequisite for the fusion of these vesicles with target compartments.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26286; HGNC ID: HGNC:661; UniProt: Q9NP61; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014570.5; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
