SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FASTKD2 (FASTK mitochondrial RNA regulator 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human FASTKD2 qPCR Primer Set – FASTK mitochondrial RNA regulator 2
Also known as: COXPD44, KIAA0971
About this gene: FASTKD2 encodes a protein that is localized in the mitochondrial inner compartment and that may play a role in mitochondrial apoptosis. Nonsense mutations have been reported to result in cytochrome c oxidase deficiency.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22868; HGNC ID: HGNC:29160; UniProt: Q9NYY8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001136193.2; Chromosome location: 2q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
