SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARF1 (ARF GTPase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ARF1 qPCR Primer Set – ARF GTPase 1
Also known as: PVNH8
About this gene: ADP-ribosylation factor 1 belongs to the human ARF gene family. The family members encode small guanine nucleotide-binding proteins that stimulate the ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of cholera toxin and play a role in vesicular trafficking as activators of phospholipase D. The gene products. The ARF proteins are categorized as class I, class II and class III, and members of each class share a common gene organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 375; HGNC ID: HGNC:652; UniProt: P84077; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001658.4; Chromosome location: 1q42.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
