SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA10 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 10, NatA catalytic subunit, also called hARD1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human NAA10 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 10, NatA catalytic subunit
Also known as: ARD1, ARD1A, ARD1P, DXS707, LZMS, MAA, MCOPS1, NATD, OGDNS, TE2, hARD1
About this gene: N-alpha-acetylation is among the most common post-translational protein modifications in eukaryotic cells. This process involves the transfer of an acetyl group from acetyl-coenzyme A to the alpha-amino group on a nascent polypeptide and is essential for normal cell function. NAA10 encodes a N-terminal acetyltransferase that acts as the catalytic subunit of the major amino-terminal acetyltransferase A complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8260; HGNC ID: HGNC:18704; UniProt: P41227; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003491.4; Chromosome location: Xq28
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
