SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CUL7 (cullin 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CUL7 qPCR Primer Set – cullin 7
Also known as: 3M1, CUL-7, KIAA0076, dJ20C7.5
About this gene: The CUL7 protein is a component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. The CUL7 protein interacts with TP53, CUL9, and FBXW8 proteins. Defects in CUL7 are a cause of 3M syndrome type 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9820; HGNC ID: HGNC:21024; UniProt: Q14999; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014780.5; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
