About this gene: The ERLIN1 protein is part of a protein complex that mediates degradation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors in the endoplasmic reticulum. The ERLIN1 protein also binds cholesterol and regulates the SREBP signaling pathway, which promotes cellular cholesterol homeostasis. Defects in ERLIN1 have been linked to spastic paraplegia 62.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
