Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCTD7 (potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 7) gene expression by real-time PCR.

Human KCTD7 qPCR Primer Set – potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 7

Also known as: CLN14, EPM3

About this gene: KCTD7 belongs to the potassium channel tetramerization domain-containing protein family. Family members are identified on a structural basis and contain an amino-terminal domain similar to the T1 domain present in the voltage-gated potassium channel. Mutations in KCTD7 have been linked to progressive myoclonic epilepsy-3.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 154881; HGNC ID: HGNC:21957; UniProt: Q96MP8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_153033.5; Chromosome location: 7q11.21

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
