SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCTD14 (potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KCTD14 qPCR Primer Set – potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 14
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in protein homooligomerization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65987; HGNC ID: HGNC:23295; UniProt: Q9BQ13; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_023930.4; Chromosome location: 11q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
