SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCNK7 (potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KCNK7 qPCR Primer Set – potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 7
Also known as: K2p7.1, TWIK3
About this gene: KCNK7 belongs to the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. The product of KCNK7 has not been shown to be a functional channel; however, it may require other non-pore-forming proteins for activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10089; HGNC ID: HGNC:6282; UniProt: Q9Y2U2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033347.2; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
