SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCNK3 (potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KCNK3 qPCR Primer Set – potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 3
Also known as: DDSA, K2p3.1, OAT1, PPH4, TASK, TASK-1, TASK1, TBAK1
About this gene: KCNK3 belongs to the superfamily of potassium channel proteins that contain two pore-forming P domains. The KCNK3 protein is an outwardly rectifying channel that is sensitive to changes in extracellular pH and is inhibited by extracellular acidification. Also referred to as an acid-sensitive potassium channel, it is activated by the anesthetics halothane and isoflurane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3777; HGNC ID: HGNC:6278; UniProt: O14649; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002246.3; Chromosome location: 2p23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
