SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCNK12 (potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KCNK12 qPCR Primer Set – potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 12
Also known as: K2p12.1, THIK-2, THIK2
About this gene: KCNK12 encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. The product of KCNK12 has not been shown to be a functional channel, however, it may require other non-pore-forming proteins for activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56660; HGNC ID: HGNC:6274; UniProt: Q9HB15; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022055.2; Chromosome location: 2p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
