SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCNIP4 (potassium voltage-gated channel interacting protein 4, also called KChIP4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KCNIP4 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel interacting protein 4
Also known as: CALP, KCHIP4
About this gene: KCNIP4 belongs to the family of voltage-gated potassium channel-interacting proteins, which belong to the recoverin branch of the EF-hand superfamily. Members of the KCNIP family are small calcium binding proteins. They all have EF-hand-like domains, and differ from each other in the N-terminus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80333; HGNC ID: HGNC:30083; UniProt: Q6PIL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025221.6; Chromosome location: 4p15.31-p15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
