SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCNIP2 (potassium voltage-gated channel interacting protein 2, also called KChIP2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KCNIP2 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel interacting protein 2
Also known as: KCHIP2
About this gene: KCNIP2 belongs to the family of voltage-gated potassium channel-interacting proteins, which belongs to the recoverin branch of the EF-hand superfamily. Members of the KCNIP family are small calcium binding proteins. They all have EF-hand-like domains, and differ from each other in the N-terminus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 30819; HGNC ID: HGNC:15522; UniProt: Q9NS61; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_173191.3; Chromosome location: 10q24.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
