SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human APOO (apolipoprotein O) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human APOO qPCR Primer Set – apolipoprotein O
Also known as: FAM121B, MIC26, MICOS26, Mic23, My025
About this gene: APOO belongs to the apolipoprotein family. Members of this protein family are involved in the transport and metabolism of lipids. The APOO protein associates with HDL, LDL and VLDL lipoproteins and is characterized by chondroitin-sulfate glycosylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79135; HGNC ID: HGNC:28727; UniProt: Q9BUR5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024122.5; Chromosome location: Xp22.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
