About this gene: The APOM protein is an apolipoprotein and member of the lipocalin protein family. The APOM gene product is found linked to high density lipoproteins and to a lesser extent with low density lipoproteins and triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. The APOM protein is secreted through the plasma membrane but remains membrane-bound, where it is involved in lipid transport.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
