SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KCMF1 (potassium channel modulatory factor 1, also called PCMF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KCMF1 qPCR Primer Set – potassium channel modulatory factor 1
Also known as: DEBT91, FIGC, PCMF, ZZZ1
About this gene: KCMF1 enables ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including HRI-mediated signaling; negative regulation of HRI-mediated signaling; and protein polyubiquitination. Is active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56888; HGNC ID: HGNC:20589; UniProt: Q9P0J7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020122.5; Chromosome location: 2p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
