SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KBTBD7 (kelch repeat and BTB domain containing 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KBTBD7 qPCR Primer Set – kelch repeat and BTB domain containing 7
About this gene: The KBTBD7 protein is a transcriptional activator, having been shown to increase the transcription of activator protein-1 and serum response element. The KBTBD7 protein can also form a complex with KBTBD6 and CUL3, which regulates the ubiquitylation and degradation of TIAM1, which is a regulator of RAC1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84078; HGNC ID: HGNC:25266; UniProt: Q8WVZ9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032138.7; Chromosome location: 13q14.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
