SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KRT75 (keratin 75, also called K75) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human KRT75 qPCR Primer Set – keratin 75
Also known as: CK-75, K6HF, K75, KB18, PFB, hK6hf
About this gene: KRT75 belongs to the type II keratin family clustered on the long arm of chromosome 12. Type I and type II keratins heteropolymerize to form intermediate-sized filaments in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells. The KRT75 protein plays an essential role in hair and nail formation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9119; HGNC ID: HGNC:24431; UniProt: O95678; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004693.3; Chromosome location: 12q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
