About this gene: AJUBA enables alpha-catenin binding activity and transcription corepressor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including miRNA-mediated gene silencing by inhibition of translation; negative regulation of hippo signaling; and regulation of cellular response to hypoxia. It acts upstream of or within miRNA-mediated post-transcriptional gene silencing and positive regulation of protein-containing complex assembly.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
