Human AIMP2 qPCR Primer Set – aminoacyl tRNA synthetase complex interacting multifunctional protein 2
Also known as: HLD17, JTV-1, JTV1, P38
About this gene: The AIMP2 protein is part of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex, which contains nine different aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases and three non-enzymatic factors. The AIMP2 protein is one of the non-enzymatic factors and is required for assembly and stability of the complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7965; HGNC ID: HGNC:20609; UniProt: Q13155; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006303.4; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
