SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human APOL4 (apolipoprotein L4, also called ApoL-IV) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human APOL4 qPCR Primer Set – apolipoprotein L4
Also known as: APOL-IV, APOLIV
About this gene: APOL4 belongs to the apolipoprotein L family. The APOL4 protein may play a role in lipid exchange and transport throughout the body, as well as in reverse cholesterol transport from peripheral cells to the liver.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80832; HGNC ID: HGNC:14867; UniProt: Q9BPW4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001386885.1; Chromosome location: 22q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
