SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human JRK (Jrk helix-turn-helix protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human JRK qPCR Primer Set – Jrk helix-turn-helix protein
Also known as: JH8, jerky
About this gene: JRK encodes a conserved protein that is similar to DNA-binding proteins, such as major centromere autoantigen B. Inactivation of the related gene in mice resulted in epileptic seizures. Childhood Absence Epilepsy has been mapped to the same chromosomal location as JRK.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8629; HGNC ID: HGNC:6199; UniProt: O75564; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003724.4; Chromosome location: 8q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
