SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SUZ12 (SUZ12 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SUZ12 qPCR Primer Set – SUZ12 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit
Also known as: CHET9, IMMAS, JJAZ1
About this gene: This zinc finger gene has been identified at the breakpoints of a recurrent chromosomal translocation reported in endometrial stromal sarcoma. Recombination of these breakpoints leads to the fusion of SUZ12 and JAZF1. The SUZ12 protein contains a zinc finger domain in the C terminus of the coding region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23512; HGNC ID: HGNC:17101; UniProt: Q15022; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015355.4; Chromosome location: 17q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
