About this gene: The JAK3 protein belongs to the Janus kinase family of tyrosine kinases involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular signal transduction. The JAK3 gene product is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to its activation via tyrosine phosphorylation by interleukin receptors. Mutations in JAK3 are linked to autosomal SCID.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
